This inky dark, purple-tinged 100% Cabernet Sauvignon immediately reveals a nose laced with spice and smoke, grilled tarragon, fresh blueberries, beef bullion, opening to blackcurrant, violets and sugar crisp. The palate intrigues with pencil shavings and sage supporting the blueberry, violet, spice and smoke notes from the nose, ending in a Dutch cocoa finish.
